The Bulls Head, Cosby was purchased by Everards in 1902 and has remained in their tenanted estate since then.
In 1982, the tenancy was taken over by Brian and Peggy Hodges who ran the pub until 1998 when the tenancy was then taken over by his son Paul and his wife Gaynor. Paul and Gaynor remain the current tenants to this day.
Under Paul and Gaynor's tenancy the pub has seen many changes including 3 refurbishments, the latest one being completed in 2015, and has been extended twice, which has seen the outside seating area converted to an indoor seating area, and an additional bar being added.
